Concept and UX design

Together with the future users, we define what the application must do. Clickable prototypes show early how it works.

Frontend and backend

We develop the interface and the logic behind it, with a database that fits your data. Roles and permissions define who may see and change what.

Interfaces and sign-in

We connect your existing systems through interfaces. We link the sign-in to your directory, for example Active Directory.

Operations and hosting

The application runs in the cloud on servers in the EU, on your own servers at an EU host or in your data centre. After the launch, we continue to support it.

Deposit Insurance Payout Platform

If a deposit guarantee case occurs, bank customers are entitled to compensation of up to €100,000, paid out within statutory deadlines. For the deposit guarantee scheme of the Raiffeisen banks, we developed the platform for this, from requirements analysis and UX design to DevOps. Customers claim their compensation fully digitally, bank staff manage the cases.

Questions about web applications

What is the difference between a web application and a website?

A website informs, a web application gets work done: users sign in, enter data, submit requests or run reports. It still runs in the browser and needs no installation.

What does a web application cost?

That depends on the scope. We usually work with an agile fixed price: you receive a binding offer with clear work packages and can change priorities within the packages.

Can the application connect to our existing systems?

Yes. We connect systems through interfaces and take the sign-in from your directory, for example Active Directory. If a system has no interface, we find another way with you, such as a regular data import.

Where does the application run?

Where it suits you: in the cloud on servers in the EU, on your own servers at an EU host or in your data centre. We decide this together, based on your data, your requirements and the operating effort.

Do I need a web app or a mobile app?

A web app is often enough: it runs in the browser on most devices and needs no installation. Our audio guide for a Graz festival, for example, opens via QR code directly in the browser. As a PWA, a web app also runs offline. A mobile app is worth it if you use device features heavily, sync data in the background or want to be visible in the app stores.
