React Native Development
Mobile apps with the knowledge your web team already has.
dectria builds mobile apps with React Native and Expo when a team already works with React and wants to share logic, types or parts of the interface with a web application.
We used React Native in production in an earlier project, where we built and published an app for iOS and Android.
For new apps without an existing React codebase, we usually recommend Flutter today. We decide with you which technology fits, based on your team and your existing applications.

React Native is an open-source framework from Meta for building iOS and Android apps in JavaScript or TypeScript with React. The interface consists of each platform's native UI elements. Expo adds tools for builds, updates and access to device features.
React Native is worth it when your team already knows React and wants to share code with a web application. It is less worth it for new apps without a React background or for apps with very elaborate animations – Flutter is often the simpler choice there.
