Process Digitalization from Graz

Try it first. Then build it.

Less manual work, fewer errors, a clearer overview – for companies across Austria.

Many workflows still run on e-mail, Excel and paper.

Data is entered several times, documents are created by hand, and only the person working on a case knows its status. That costs time and causes errors.

Whether a workflow needs its own application, an automation in existing tools or an interface between two systems, we decide after the analysis. We work from Graz for companies across Austria.

Hardly anyone can picture a new workflow from a description. So we first understand and improve the process, then show prototypes early, often several. That way everyone involved sees what the new workflow looks like before we build it.

When validation rules take over the manual work

Every delivery means manual work again.

Data quality becomes measurable, across the entire network.

Before and after

What a digitalization changes

  • Today Data is transferred by hand, often several times.

Afterwards Data is entered once and flows on automatically.

  • Today Documents are created one by one in Word and Excel.

Afterwards Hundreds of documents are created at the push of a button.

  • Today Only the person working on a case knows its status.

Afterwards The status of every case is visible to everyone with access.

  • Today Errors show up late.

Afterwards Validation rules catch errors before they have consequences.

  • Today Requirements sit in long documents.

Afterwards Prototypes show early what the workflow looks like.

Scope

What a process digitalization includes

  1. 1

    Capture and improve processes

Together with the people involved, we look at how a workflow runs today, where data is entered twice and where waiting times occur. Then we improve the workflow before we digitalize it.

  2. 2

    Prototypes, early and often

Clickable prototypes show early in the project what the new workflow looks like. The people involved try it out and give feedback before we develop.

  3. 3

    Automate workflows

Create documents, check data, pass on tasks: recurring steps run automatically. Your staff take care of the exceptions.

  4. 4

    Interfaces and reporting

We connect the new solution to your existing systems and use key figures and reports to show how your processes run.

Approach

How a process digitalization works

  1. 01

    Initial meeting

You describe the workflow that costs you time. We tell you openly whether a digitalization pays off.

  2. 02

    Capture and improve the process

We capture the current workflow with the people involved and design the improved workflow.

  3. Focus 03

    Prototypes

Clickable prototypes make the new workflow tangible. We adjust them until it works for the people involved.

  4. 04

    Delivery in short cycles

We develop in iterations and show progress regularly.

  5. 05

    Rollout and operations

We train the users, support the start and continue to support the solution afterwards.

FAQ

Questions about process digitalization

Which processes are suitable for digitalization?
Workflows that repeat often, follow fixed rules and need a lot of manual work today. Examples are creating documents, transferring data between systems, checking applications or obtaining approvals. Whether it pays off, we clarify in the initial meeting.
How does a process digitalization work?
After the initial meeting, we capture the current workflow with the people involved and improve it. Then we show prototypes and adjust them until the new workflow fits. Only then do we develop, in short cycles, and support the rollout.
Why prototypes so early?
Because hardly anyone can picture a new workflow from a description. A prototype shows it concretely. The people involved find gaps and misunderstandings before they become expensive in development.
Do we need new software for this?
Not always. Often an automation in the tools you already use is enough, or an interface between two systems. We build a dedicated application when the workflow really needs one.
Is AI part of process automation?
Sometimes. Most steps can be automated with rules. AI joins where free text, documents or unclear cases are too much for a rule.
